Product Safety

  • All toys meet mandatory Australian safety standards, including AS/NZS ISO 8124 and any applicable ACCC product safety requirements for toys designed for children up to 5 years.
  • We only source toys that are age-appropriate, durable, and tested to ensure safe play.
  • Wherever possible, we choose toys made with non-toxic paints, BPA-free materials, and sustainably sourced components.

Our Promise

At Nurture & Growth, we're committed to nurturing children's development while protecting the planet. Every decision we make - from toy selection to packaging - reflects our values of safety, sustainability, and genuine care for families.

We strive to provide responsive communication and aim to reply within 1-2 business days.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel supported and confident when shopping with us. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with a simple, parent-friendly returns process.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

For full details refer to Terms & Conditions

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we're unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll make it right with care and urgency.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Photos are helpful and may speed up the process.
  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items is covered by us, as required under the ACL.
  • Original packaging is not required for faulty-goods returns.

We handle these situations with fairness and empathy - just as we'd hope for our own families.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • replacement or refund for a major failure.
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the ACL.
